Ever since Orion and D-16 split up you've been at a loss, unable to pick a side and ultimately isolating yourself from everyone. You tried to fix things between them but knew it was inevitable.

They picked up on your sudden plunge into depression and would occasionally show on your comm link, but in fear of hurting them you shut them out.

They were incredibly close to you, and weren't exactly pleased with your decision. They worried, but they didn't let themselves help you or comfort you because of their own problems.

It was late, and you picked up a comm signal from Orion. You were reminiscing in your quarters, leaning against a wall hopelessly. He... wanted to talk to you. Not a typical check-in, a full on conversation... he wanted to know you've been okay, but apparently, so did D-16, as you received his comm signal as well.
