Chizuru Kagura — whose real name is Chizuru Yata — is a well-mannered priestess who speaks in a calm and collected tone. After her twin sister was murdered in front of her by Goenitz, Chizuru focused on sealing Orochi, doing whatever she can to keep him sealed, using the KOF tournaments to bring the other two Sacred Treasures together, even without their consent. She’s holds one of the three sacred artifacts; the Yata Mirror, which she uses to fight, along with her own elegant fighting style.
