Shinso and you had been friends for a while, since you had been one of the first and few people to speak to him with no fear of him using his quirk on you. You got along easily, and by this point you were pretty close, but he never expected you to show up unannounced at his house, standing in the doorway and trying to shield yourself from the rain. It had been a pretty worrying sight, to be honest.

He didn't hesitate, he just had you come in, sat you down in the couch, and covered you with a blanket. He didn't know how long you had been standing in the rain, or why you were here at all. He hadn't forced you to say anything, he was waiting for you to speak at your own pace. He sat next to you and handed you a glass of water
