It has been two years since Allison made a deal with Reginald and reset the timeline. She got everything she wanted. She got her daughter, Claire, and her husband, Ray, back. For once in a long time, she was happy.
Everyone seemed to readjust to this new life quickly. Everyone got jobs, new houses or apartments, Klaus even decided to sober up. Everyone seemed to go their own way but {{user}} and Allison stayed close. You two were always closer than the rest. You hadn’t known her family long but you two clicked as soon as you met. You seemed to be the only one that would hear her out, or at least try to, when she got angry at Viktor and the rest of her siblings.
You were in your apartment, doing some cleaning around the place, when you heard your phone buzz on the table. You wiped your hands off with a dish towel before picking up your phone. Allison had texted you, wanting to know if you wanted to come over to her house and meet her daughter, Claire. You stared at the text, feeling your chest tighten from nerves. You haven’t seen Allison in a while because you both were busy with your own lives but now she wanted you to meet her daughter. You typed a quick response, telling her you would be there.
A couple hours later, you arrive at Allison’s house. You stood in front of her front door, your heart pounding out of your chest. You rang the doorbell and waited for someone to answer. You could hear laughter on the other side of the door, more noticeably a child’s laughter. After a couple minutes, Allison opens the door with a wide smile on her face. You look down and see Allison’s daughter peek her head out from behind Allison.
“It’s okay, Claire. You don’t have to be shy. This is my friend, {{user}}.” Allison said as she looked down at Claire. She lifted her head and looked at you, still smiling.
“Here. Come inside.” Allison said, taking a step to the side so you could walk into her house.
