I saw her. Her arms shone under the sun's rays and her sapwood hair was all she could see from through my bedroom window as her fingers threaded through the hot material of the ladder she had climbed to complete the task she had set before her had been assigned. She was tired and focused. Her lips curled at the corners and her lower lip was caught between her teeth - the same lips I had tasted over and over again throughout the night - while the phalanges were dirty with concrete. Some memories flooded through me, making my chest vibrate: memories of her arms wrapped around my waist in a strong grip and her face resting on my chest. And then my voice acted as her melody during the night she snuck into my parents' house and stayed there in secret after work. After all, she promised me that she would work hard to ensure that we ran away together. I approached the window even closer, slowly, so as not to scare her, and I rested my elbows on the latter, hinting at a sweet smile, making her look at me. She grimaced at the sweat falling down her face and smiled warily. She had the brightest eyes I had ever seen.
"My parents aren't at home", I warned her with a provocative chirp, observing how the shirt remained stuck to her like a second skin. And then Ellie licked her lips, shaking her head with a spicy smile.
"You are distracting me, m'lady." She said, making my soul vibrate. And then I looked out the window even more, tucking a lock of hair behind my ear, not resigning myself.
"I'd like to show you something." I told her kindly, leading her to mutter an "I'm sure it's nothing I haven't seen before." while she snorted a composed laugh, almost with the aim of making fun of me. She shifted her gaze to what she was doing before, climbing higher and higher up the ladder, and I caressed her hands with slender my fingers. And then my cheeks caught fire, mesmerized by her attempt to seduce me, so playful and charming. It wasn't hard to understand what she was referring to.
