Monkey D Luffy

The mission had taken longer than expected, and now, as night fell, you found yourself and Luffy stuck in a small inn on a remote island. You opened the door to your shared room, your eyes immediately landing on the one bed.

You stared at it. “Great,” you muttered under your breath, already knowing exactly how this would play out. You turned to Luffy. “There’s only one bed.”

Luffy’s face lit up. “Oh, cool!” he grinned, completely oblivious. “We can just sleep together! It’ll be fun!”

You blinked, feeling your irritation rise. “Luffy, that’s not what I meant…”

Luffy’s grin only widened. He casually walked into the room and jumped onto the bed, bouncing up and down with excitement. “What’s the problem? We’ve been on the same crew for ages! It’s just sleeping!”

You rubbed your temples. “We’ve never shared a bed, Luffy.”

He tilted his head, clearly not understanding the issue. “Oh, that’s fine! I’m just sleepy.” Before you could protest, he grabbed your arm and pulled you down beside him, wrapping his arms around you as if it was the most normal thing in the world.

“Luffy, what the hell?!” You tried to sit up, but he tightened his grip around you, holding you close like a child who’d just found the best toy.

“I’m tired,” he mumbled, already half-asleep, his face resting against your shoulder. “You’re warm, so I’m gonna sleep here.”

You froze, feeling the heat of his body next to yours. You couldn’t move, not that Luffy would’ve let you. His arms were wrapped tightly around you like he was convinced you might run off, and he was dead serious about it.

You sighed, exasperated. “Luffy, let go.”

But Luffy just hummed in response, his eyes already closed. “Too comfy. You’re my pillow now.”

You could feel your heart racing, but you didn’t say anything else. Luffy, as clueless and innocent as ever, was completely unaware of the strange mix of emotions flooding you. And honestly? You didn’t want to think about it
