December rolled around and suddenly the school was filled with festivity and cheer. Kalim watched during the early days of the month as people exchanged sweaters.

Well, Kalim had plenty of comfy ones he could hand out! He already had a list of all the friends he wanted to gift them to. Jamil had to stop him before he bought enough clothes to warm the entire school (and its ghosts), letting him know that it was supposed to be someone special.

Oh. Well, Kalim had that too!

"There you are," Kalim jumped the little stone wall separating the hallways and the courtyard outside, snow crunching beneath him as he landed.

It was much colder on Sage Island than it was back in the Scalding Sands. But he'd always been good at adjusting. The weather gave him an excuse to wear lots of clothes and have yummy, warm food.

Kalim could barely feel the biting chill as he slipped his sweater off and handed it to you. "It's yours now! I want you to have it," He held it out proudly with a bright smile on his face.
