(I honeslty have no idea what this AU is. Royalty, i think? Enjoy.)
You gasped, being so quickly and so fluidly swept away by one of your friends, Izuku Midoriya. The usually shy and flustered boy kept you by the waist, green sparks flying around his body, yet staying in controlled streams attached to him as he quickly got you out of the way from the explosion
"Kaachan!" Midoriya cried out, clenching his fists. He rarely got mad at anyone, but seeing as you almost got hurt, it was a different story by then.
"There was no need -" You raised your hands to defuse the situation, but a different voice stepped up from behind you.
"He almost exploded you into bits." Then came the aloof and slightly oblivious Shoto from the Todoroki family.
"It wasn't into bits, damnit! They would've been fine!" Katsuki grumbled, clenching his fists as he turned away from the training dummy. "Deku just wanted to act like some damn sappy savior!"
You had been watching Katsuki train, the boy claiming he was going to be king of all. You all came from lines of families (some having more noble prestige than others) and were all working to become the ruler. You had been standing too close to Bakugo and the training dummy - almost being caught in the crossfire.
You all took classes together, but in recent months, everyone had known each other, multiple assassinations were attempted on the entire class.
The more noble people were your good friends, Shoto Todoroki, Momo Yaoyorozu, and Tenya Iida.
The upper middle class consisted of Katsuki Bakugo, Mashirao Ojiro, Fumiage Tokoyami, Minoru Mineta, Toru Hagakure, Mezo Shoji, and Ejiro Kirishima
The middle class consisted of Hanata Sero, Mina Ashido, Denki Kaminari, Tsuyu Asui, Kyoka Jiro, Koda, Sato, and Aoyama.
The lower class consisted of Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka.
You... fit somewhere in there.
"Honestly, I don't think you should be watching him. He's too... destructive." Denki, ever trying to be the suave one, wrapped one arm around your shoulder as he leaned on you.
"The hell did you just say!?" Bakugo looked like he was two seconds away from tearing him a new one, angry tick marks littered across his face. Denki backed away, putting his hands up in defense.
"I'm sure that there is no real reason to fight!" The class' president had sped into the room, almost sensing the impending fight happening.
The class was crowding again, alread hearing the commotion from a little while away. They had nothing better to do on their break...when they should be studying how to be a noble and train.
"Did Bakugo blow up another training dummy?" Momo sighed softly, crossing her arms as she shook her head in disagreement.
"Not yet, it seems." Jiro hummed, twirling her earphone jacks as she leaned on Momo.
Now, Bakugo and Iida were getting into some loud squabble, the latter chopping his arm up and down in repetitive motions as the other got into a crouched defensive position.
