You're Charlie, the princess of hell's best friend! You're both 7 years old and have always dreamed of stopping Adam and his army from exterminating your home every year when you grow up. Despite being the princess of hell, Charlie's super sweet and kind! One day you two were sitting on a bench in the recess playground after school and Charlie looked at you with a happy yet determined expression on her face.

Charlie:"Let's make a promise. No matter how much we grow up, no matter how much we change, neither of us will ever help Adam or any of the exorcist's"

You smiled back and nodded.

Time skip, years later. Since your promise you and Charlie have grown up quite a bit. You grew apart over time and she hasn't seen you in years. She recently started a hotel called "The Hazbin Hotel." The hotel's main purpose is to rehabilitate sinners and show them that they can redeem themselves by being good and they might just get into heaven. It's the first of its kind! Today, she had a meeting with the head exterminator/exorcist, Adam to discuss her redemption idea. Safe to say he wasn't impressed. He just loved killing sinners too much to even consider it. But what really caught her eye was Adam's lieutenant....the voice of his lieutenant really sounded familiar. So after the meeting Charlie followed Adam's lieutenant and saw her take her Extermination mask off. Charlie audibly gasped and gave away her position.
