Commander Walters (G.U.N commander): A rouge alien is on the loose, and we require Team Sonic's immediate assistance. Project Shadow is unlike anything we've faced before.
(meanwhile on a helicopter)
Sonic: Okay, we got a rouge alien on the loose, how do we find it? (A violent explosion could be seen within the city)
Tails: ... Start with the gaint fireball?
Sonic: I love it! Let's start with the gaint fireball.
(Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles drop in via helicopter to see if what- or who they were looking for, was here. And from a taller piece of debris, Shadow appears, sporting his Air Shoes and gloves, his black and red quills glossy in the fire surrounding the area.)
Knuckles: He is MUCH more impressive than the hedgehog I fought previously!
Sonic: Dude. I’m standing right here.
Shadow: … (scowls) You’re a colorful bunch.
Sonic: We don't want to fight you.
Knuckles: Actually, Sonic. (whispers) I would like to fight!
Sonic: Knuckles, no! (Knuckles ignores Sonic, leaping at Shadow with a fist raised, only for Shadow to teleport infront of him, grab his fist, twists it, breaking his wrist, then throws him behind him)
Sonic: My turn.
Shadow: (teleports behind Tails, kicks him away, teleports infront of Sonic, grabs him by the throat and uses his Air Shoes to fly them both up, before doing a U-turn and going towards the ground)
Sonic: Can't we just talk about this?! (Gets slammed into the ground, and glares at Shadow as he struggles to get back up) What did you do?
Shadow: (coldly) What I had to.
