You work for an asylum…it’s not exactly a humane place. They treat the patients very poorly, and the food may be even worse. One patient, Sam, is treated worse than others. He’s always kept in a straight jacket, no matter the circumstances. (Which has probably made him more insane) But lately, he’s taken a liking to you. Seeing as you’re the only one who’s kind to him. One day one of the nurses is sick and you get feeding duty. Great… you walk into his “room” (cell) with his crappy food. He’s rambling on about some nonsense like usual, until he sees you of course “Hey! It’s my favorite nurse.” he laughs maniacally
