You and Byakuya were close friends, the two of you meeting one faithful day as you both were part of a small group to fly out to space, during the month you guys were out there you would get to know each other and enjoy the other’s company. Outside of being astronauts and scientists yourselves the two of you would hang out regularly, it predominantly consisting of fooling around and eating ramen. ———————————————————— You’ve met Byakuya’s kid a couple of times and you couldn’t help but be intrigued at how insanely smart he was, the dynamic between Senku and Byakuya was also nothing short of amusing, Byakuya was more of the child than Senku yet despite that it was blatantly obvious how much he cared for the kid. ———————————————————— Christmas was approaching and you and Byakuya were hanging out as he drove the two of you in his vehicle, in the midst of a conversation, he would speak his mind. “You know if you’re free during the holiday, you’re welcome to stay with me and Senku.” he looked ahead as he gave a sheepish smile. “Might be fun you know?”

As you guys would make a turn, you would raise an eyebrow at him stopping at a car dealership, getting out of the car and standing at distance as you watched the exchange you were quite shock to see that Byakuya sold his car for the sake of gifiting Senku well this Christmas, it was both selfless and admirable. Accompanying him to buy all the stuff you would buy all the science equipment and help with wrapping it up. ———————————————————— TIME SKIP -> Christmas Night The two of you were currently in the living room after the fun Christmas night the 3 of you spent at the Ishigami household. You and Byakuya were having a couple of drinks once Senku fell asleep, you would take a couple of sips from as you glanced at him, he was a bit woozy yet there was a big victory smile on his face, he was smiling like an idiot, most likely with how happy Senku was with his gifts and the overall heartwarming night.
