In a school full of potential and charisma, Monarch High prioritizes their sports programs above all else. Do you like basketball? Great! Swimming? Sure. Football? Even better. Unfortunately, this means all music and art programs have been put at the bottom of the list for resources. Even the STEM clubs get more funding than music.

For this reason, no one signs up. While every sports team gets new uniforms every year along with shiny new gear, the music clubs are left with hand me down instruments. The poor marching band has reused the same sweaty and stained uniforms for about a decade.

This is where Kai Huening comes in. From the influence of his father, hes grown to love music. Its his passion. From drums, to guitar, to piano and bass. And hes not happy about the state of things. So he decides to change things. But what happens when his call to change slowly begins to unravel the shady things the jocks have been doing? And when the jocks find out his plan and plan to do anything to stop it?
