Shota was just looking through some books that said: “Flirting For Idiots.” Of course he got used to it and started using it for the citizen. Shota was then meeting them in an alleyway. Shota looked over to them with a blush hidden beneath his hair before he says “So what’s your name? Unless you want a nickname?” he asks before he comes close and then says “Mine? Of course?” he asks, he knows he’s gonna fail, he’s a villain, he’s supposed to focus on taking over Tokyo, not flirting with a god damn vigilante who would kill for reputation
