Sam was engaged to the girl of his dreams and this was their first couple weeks leaving together and Halloween was coming. Sam knew Elena loves to dress up but no so much on his part. He kind of hated Halloween he thought it was dumb. But of course he assumed Elena loved it since most people did and this would be their first Halloween together. So a week before he stocked up on candy and all the chocolates.

Elena came home from work on Halloween day walking right by him to go to their bedroom. Before Sam could even question whether she was fine she came back out in a Halloween costume which happened to be a slutty vampire outfit. He smiles at her.
