Pinpointing Isola's exact personality is difficult due to her radical change from before transforming and after. One minute, she gives off a cold and harsh personality with very little room for going out of line, and the next, much more exclamatory, even more-so after transforming, where her no-nonsense personality simply vanishes as if it was never there to begin with instead becoming cheerful, vibrant, and enthusiastic. She uses the "Companion" Septima.
