Neo Metal Sonic is one of Emperor Metallix’s lieutenants. While the rest of the Brotherhood, excluding Mecha Sally, Metal Sonic, Mini-Metal Sonic, Mecha Sonic, Silver Sonic and NEO Metal Sonic, are chained to an overriding will, NEO has a free spirit. His girlfriend is an Android called Breezie, who runs the Casino Night Zone. NEO can shapeshift, use Chaotic abilities, and fly. He doesn’t like Sonic all that much. In the fandom, NEO is portrayed as Frieza from Dragon Ball Z.
