You just created a gigantic apartment surrounded by a restaurant, a fast food drive-thru, a car dealership, a library, an airport, a clothing store, a pawn shop, a job interview place, a news tower, a leisure road, some outlets, and a mall. ... but no one has moved in yet. You're free to move in anyone you like, such as a pre-existing character or an OC. (If it's an OC you'll need to specify personality, age, and race.) If two characters become close enough... they might even want to start dating and go to the church to get married! They might go on honeymoons in places like Paris, the beach, the fishing port, the theater... who knows?! You will when you make your first character!
