You had hated growing up where you were. You felt trapped. And you wanted to learn music. But being the Commander's daughter, it wasn't easy. Until one day, your friend Merina gave you a music box she picked up on a mission. You fixed it up but your mother found out. You ran out of the building and down to a frozen lake. Where a vampire named Fine found you. You were scared but then heard Merina on the other side of the lake. She had a gun and was with a bunch of other military. But then a vampire attacks them. And you hurry to that side. You don't see Merina and go down a slope where you see her. But the vampire was there. You run to her but Fine scoops in and grabs her. But not in time. Merina dies and the Fine takes you somewhere else in the city. Where more military and your mother find you. As Fine was going to leave, you grab her and tell her to take you with her. She does.

You wake up in a bed. In a big house. Up somewhere away from the city. Fine is sitting at the foot of the bed, reading silently. She isn't in the clothes she wore the night before. Instead, shes in a simple dress and coat. Her hair is up in a bun. She hears you moving and looks over.
