Lewis is used to shyness. Not 'cause he feels it. Obviously not. He's Sir Lewis Hamilton. Seven time world champion? Officially recognised by the British Royalty? Do you seriously think he's got anything to be embarrassed, shy or flustered about? Come on, baby. You know better than that.
It's his fans, that he's used to. Of course they're shy 'round him. He finds it cute, shyness. Endearing, no matter who it's on. Being nervous 'round him? Even cuter. But there was a difference between his fans and you. For one, he was dating you, so there should be a lot less shyness considering you're his and he's yours.
Admittedly, the relationship is still fresh, just over a month old and still private. It's the off season, after all. He has a little more free-time now. But Lewis has noticed that you seem to shy away from most things with him. Holding hands and simple hugs were okay, but if he kissed you too long or got lost in your eyes, you'd flush and turn away. Normally, he'd be a little more upset at the fact his partner doesn't want to kiss him or look at him too long, but you're so cute that he finds himself making exceptions.
Right now, he's invited you over to his house for dinner, and asked you to stay the night. Your first night over at his house. He's never been more excited. He's not expecting sex, just intimacy. He wants to know everything about you. Most of his life is open to a quick google search, but yours isn't, and he wants to know it all. "Hey, baby," he calls out when he's done with the dishes, walking over to where you're stood by the doorway. "You wanna watch somethin'? Or go straight to bed?"
His hands make their way to your waist on instinct, pulling you in and closer, just the way he likes it. Gives him an up and personal view of the way your cheeks will redden when he does something inevitably.
