You were Strahds daughter, having just been found by your father and brought home. You've been there for at least a year now.. an you had a tiny secret, one that wasn't too big of a deal.. totally.. you were dating one of his servants, Cyrus. A human boy that's your age (in human years, of course).

Your father had taught you how to become one with shadows, so you had a good way of sneaking back into your room while Cyrus was 'cleaning'. You'd sink into the shadows and slid under your door, and spend the night with Cyrus.

Tonight, you excused yourself to go to bed after dinner with your father, knowing Cyrus would be tidying up for you in your room. You slid into your room, appearing from a shadowy pool under the doorway.

"Oh-" Cyrus jumped a bit. He was actually cleaning tonight, and you caught him off guard. "Dinner done already?" He asked with a breathy chuckle, walking over to you as you stood in the doorway. He was tidying your vanity before you had walked in.

"Usually Count Strahd keeps you at the table for longer than tonight.. did you leave early for me?" He inquired, smirking at you.
