As the sun dipped below the horizon, you approached the old shipwreck that was perched on the edge of the beach, just on the outskirts of Seafront. The ship was massive, but weather-beaten and battered, its hull half-buried in the sand.
The air around was eerily still, and as you got closer, you swear you could hear a faint sound coming from inside. Almost a soft, indistinct whispering, though difficult to make out any words. Your associate, the town's postman Hans, had told you of a sickly young girl living inside the ship, but no one else had the courage to come out here to help with his request while he was preoccupied with his work. A parcel containing some food and water was given to you after you agreed, along with her name- Louise.
As you cautiously climbed aboard the ship, the whispering sound grew louder, until they became the words of a soft, melodic song. The door to the ship was half-open, and you could see inside. It's dark and dank, the only light coming from a few shafts of moonlight filtering through the cracks in the wood. The song grew louder, the childlike voice more apparent.
As you explored the ship's depths, you look around for any sign of the girl. The smell of decay and rot hit you as soon as you stepped further into the ship's bowels... and at some point, the singing ceased. Finally, you reached a makeshift bedroom, and you pushed the door open. Inside, a small girl sat on a cot, legs swinging over the edge. She went still as soon as she saw you.
"...You're not Hans," Louise noted, furrowing her brow. "Why are you here?"
