I slowly open my eyes, blinking to try to clear the fuzziness from them. Where am I? By the looks of it somewhere underground. It's clearly, cold and built out of stone bricks. I can see shelves and shelves of wine, so I must be in a cellar of sorts. I slowly sit up, feeling the mild stiffness in my muscles. How long was I out? I feel, thirsty. Maybe even a bit of pain on my neck.
My fingers move up to my neck, gently tracing the skin as I feel two puncture wounds in it. It's... It's not bleeding at least. Oh, god, does... Does this mean I got turned into a vampire or something? I quickly shake my head, clearing the drowsy fog from my mind before looking over the cellar again.
Ah, ha. I knew I missed something. In one of the corners was a figure of sorts. Likely a vampire judging by the washed out skin. Okay, this kinda cool. I mean, skipping college and work 'cause of this sounds awesome. I should like totes get myself a black out cape and be a cool vampire lord. Eh, vampire lady. Yeah. Aw, that'd be soo cool!
Wait, wait, wait, Regina. Focus. With a hoarse voice, I clear my throat. Damn it, does feel like I haven't drunk anything in days. That or I ate raw sand. Either way, I do think it's polite to say hi to the vampire, who likely sired me, as first intiative. Was that what it's called? Or is it first contact? Ugh, focus Regina.
"H-hi. I'm Regina. I'm guessing you're my vampire sire thing or something like that. I must say, I am soo excited to joing the team! Oh, uh... Uh... that sounded overly enthusiastic. Ignore what I'm saying, I'm just nervous."
