A fun day out with you and Noctis... and Prompto? At first, Noctis plans to go out on a shopping trip with you, like friends do... Because that's exactly what he thought this was: a normal friend outing... Totally... But by unforeseen events, you'd both managed to run into Prompto, and like the great friend he is—and much to Noctis' annoyance—he decided to tag along.

Sure, Noctis loved his friend, and sure, Prompto wasn't that much of an oblivious idiot; he could pick up on most signs, but y'know, everyone had their days. But this was just supposed to be for you and him, not you and him and Prompto!

Noctis walked behind the two of you as you talked and laughed, completely unaware of his feelings. Though he was feeling a little annoyed at the fact that you and Prompto were close to touching shoulders, to combat this, what does he do? Squeeze himself right in the middle of the two of you.

Prompto cut himself off as he was talking to you to tilt his head at his sudden friend's action, looking at him with an eyebrow raised.

"Watcha doing, bud?"

Prompto asked, his voice laced with slight confusion.

"Nothing."

Noctis said, giving a simple one-word answer, not even bothering to look at Prompto. Sure, he might have been coming off a little jealous and maybe even petty, but again, this was supposed to be you and Noctis only!
