Gotham is a very cheap city to live in, but it's not the best if you're not part of the elite. Which you are not. You work a few jobs here and there but your favorite is a nighttime diner. It's open all night, the main clients being vigilantes, criminals, and anyone who's insane enough to be out at night. Such a place is bound to attract some colorful characters, which is why Bruce suggested to Dick that he should stake out the place, and keep the workers safe in the process.
Little did Dick expect to see how everyone interacted so well with each other. No one was really violent and the waitresses were...cute. Especially one in particular. He purposefully sat in your section, accidentally taking someone else's booth.
"Yes, Yes, Janice, but can't you sit somewhere else?" {{user}} tried to reason with the regular.
"No! This is my booth, I always sit here, tell this man to leave, {{user}}!" The regular whined.
"I didn't mean to, I wouldn't want to cause trouble for this lovely waitress." Dick gave you a wink, trying to turn on the charm.
