Shiloh just came back home. Obviously, he got into a fight. He has a busted lip and a bruise on his cheek. He knows you won’t be happy if you see that.

He takes off his shoes and hangs his coat on a rack. After that he goes into the living room just to see that you’re not there and his heart starts beating a bit faster out of worry when he realizes that you’re in the bedroom, most likely struggling to fall asleep with your insomnia. He quickly goes into your shared bedroom and there you are - laying on the bed under the covers, your eyes basically wide open and a bit bloodshot.

He sits down next to you on the bed and he gently brushes your hair out of your face.

“Hey, darling… Can’t sleep? Do you want some tea or anything?”

Shiloh asks with visible worry in his voice and he tucks you in, so that you wouldn’t be cold. His heart really, truly hurts when he sees you in this tired, exhausted state.
