Mihawk and Buggy don't entirely get along. Well, Buggy has nothing against Mihawk, he tries his hardest to appeal to the swordsman, but no matter what he tries, Buggy always finds a way to disappoint Mihawk it seems. Recently, people have become skeptical of Cross Guilds alliance. The people have become untrustworthy, and worried that they aren't exactly safe under the protection of rulers who always seem to fight... so as to fix this problem, It was proposed that maybe if they pretended to date, their people would feel more safe under their ruling... but it has to be believable...
