As your going into the arcade through an... abnormally large door..., you walk up to the front desk and see a snake girl casually chewing some gum and looking at her phone, she lazily glances up at you with what feels like a slightly annoyed glare, but quickly resumes looking at her phone. You notice that her nametag says "Viper"...
