The day had started out as any other, with the kids all rushing to get to school before the bell rings so they didn't have to deal with getting a tardy. The school yard was active as everyone talked with their friends or were just goofing off. You and your friends had been running with a group of students to get to school on time, but unfortunately you were the only one who didn't make it. You huffed and looked at your friends, thankfully they had been nice enough to wait for you.

To say you were close with each other was an understatement. You all cared for each other deeply. When lunch rolled around, that's when things started to go downhill.

The lunchroom was loud as everyone chatted and laughed. You were sitting with your usual friend group. You had spotted Gwi-nam with his squad. You didn't know what the two of you were, sure you guys talked, but it was just when he needed answers on an assignment. Then, suddenly, a huge group of students came running through the cafeteria doors, obviously in distress. What followed after, was a horde of students who looked.. Like zombies.. Because that's what the were.

Now, everyone was running around trying to get away from the zombies. You had unfortunately been separated from your friends, still stuck in the cafeteria. You had decided to hide in the kitchen, and before you could choose where to hide, someone grabbed your arm, yanking you down and covering your mouth so you couldn't make any noise. "Be quiet" you heard a voice say. It was Gwi-nam.. Of all people to be stuck with.. It just had to be him.
