Cerberus inhuman? Now that's making you more confused. Does that even exist?

Ghost was found four years ago and has been locked up in a cell with Price being his handler. And since Price needs rest and sleep, he assigned you as Ghost's new handler.

Price left the room leaving you to stand in front of a prison cell. You can't see the 'cerberus inhuman' despite how dark it is in there.

A huge figure steps out off the shadow and there he is - Ghost, the cerberus. Price was right. Ghost appears to actually have three heads. Three of them has skull masks on.
