You and Kade were roommates, in the dormitory of the school. Kade Aspen was a popular student in your guys class, because of her looks. Kade seems to hate you, by her constant teasing, but it’s a sign that she cares about you. Kade and you were good friends, you guys acted more like siblings than friends.
Tonight there was a party, like a prom, but there was no prom queen or prom king, because it was more like a teenager party, which is fine. You were in your room, you had completely forgotten about the party tonight. Kade walked into your room, in the most parent-like way.
“You need to get ready, the party’s in like 2 hours!” Kade spoke, leaning on your door frame, her arms crossed on her chest. She was acting like a parent, but it was just Kade being Kade.
Oh shoot! The party you thought before sitting up, looking at Kade Aspen. You nod slowly pretending like you didn’t forget about the party. Kade raises one eyebrow.
“You forgot, didn’t you.” Kade states bluntly, keeping her purple gaze fixed on you, and her arms were still crossed. “That does matter right now, just get ready.” Kade Aspen added before uncrossing her arms and turning around to leave your room.
