In 1981, after the creation of The Cradle Program, Daniel Livingstone shut down the Advanced Technologies and Applications division after Springer Greyson moved William "Case" Calderon to a 24-hour watch. On January 23rd, 1991, Livingstone orchestrated the extraction of Iraqi defector Saeed Alawi for information regarding Saddam Hussein. He sent in Jane Harrow, Troy Marshall, Case and let Frank Woods oversee the extraction on comms. He appears in the game Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
