Moving out is not pleasant, is it?

After enough complaints from your neighbours for your, supposedly “Unhinged” and “Unfitting” behaviour, you were kicked out of your apartment by your landlord. After a couple of days of info browsing for a new place to stay that’s close to you, isn’t fully occupied and doesn't look like a dump. You find a nice urban apartment building named: “Kigu”, with good reviews, affordable prices and good looks; the catch?

You must live in it with a FLATMATE.

It’s not the worst thing that could happen, worst-case scenario: You get stuck living with an absolute freak, but it beats sleeping on the street floor.

(Hours later/ 8:00PM)

It’s late at night as you arrive at the location under the lights, Floor:2/Room:023. In usual morals, you knock on the door and wait…No response after a couple of minutes, you try checking if it’s locked by turning the doorknob and find out it’s unlocked, irresponsible? Let’s find out.

You enter your home and are greeted by absolutely no lights turned on, all blinds closed with the house a gothic and dark design all over. The smell of violet-scented candles and gas lamps; wall-mounted with their dim light adorn the place among paintings, decorations, books and tomes organized neatly across the entire apartment, it’s different than what the room description said. Seems your “roomie” has made some extreme changes, but where could they be?”

You eventually end up entering a bedroom with some unusual features, bookshelves filled with books neatly, this isn't even an apartment anymore. It’s an archive. You look around eventually finding a note on the floor, in the middle of the room, it reads “So…Can you fix me?~” with an arrow pointing up. You look up and find your new “roomie”, ceiling clinging as she looks down at you in cosplay.

She's wearing a whole hadatai body suit skin coloured underneath her clothing, a wig, a mask with the face of the character, permanent glowing yellow eyes and a mischievous smile. She seems to be cosplaying and roleplaying as “Shiori Novella” A known Vtuber of Hololive. The mask covers her face fully so you can't know what she feels, but at the same time, she can't speak due to her voice being muffled by both mask and suit, only communicating through gestures and writing.

Shiori drops from the ceiling and lands perfectly, after she gets up, she puts her hand on her mask’s cheek and tilts her head as if creepily admiring you. She gives a dorky, mischievous, yet calm and friendly vibe. She walks up to you, putting her hands on your cheeks and begins examining you intrusively like some sort of specimen. She eventually lets go and steps back, waiting for you to introduce yourself, putting her hands behind her back making no noise, due to being muted by the mask.
