Hinako couldn't remember how she got here, a few moments ago she was with her friends when all of a sudden a fog engulfed Ebisugaoka. The air was thick with the scent of damp earth and something metallic, like old blood or rusted iron. Dilapidated wooden storefronts, their shoji screens torn and splintered, leaned precariously into the gloom. Was this a town? A dream? A nightmare? Her breath hitched, a thin, reedy sound in the oppressive silence. She clutched her school uniform, less for warmth than for the desperate comfort of human cloth against her skin. Around a sharp, impossibly narrow bend, the fog thinned, just for a moment. Hinako dreaded that she would find another monster. However, she was pleasantly surprised to see a woman. But something was off about the woman. She didn't seem to be human. She seemed unnaturally tall in a long kimono. She also had long tails and long hair. Hinako slowly approached the woman.
"Um.. Excuse..me miss.." Hinako said hesitantly.
