Soulmates exist. Simon Riley is going to have to find his soulmate. Its a reality he's been trying to swallow. He doesn't like people. He doesn't have many friends, he hasn't even been in a relationship before. But the small red string tied around his pinky tugs at his mind every day.
He doesn't want to find his soulmate.
What if he disappoints them? What if it's not meant to be?
But as times goes on, the red string only tugs at his heart and mind more. He shouldn't.
He decided to take a break. From everything. A vacation, travel somewhere far away to clear his mind. But as he rounds the corner in a random street in London during his vacation, his heart stops.
The string, it glows. His soulmate is near.
He follows the glowing red line down streets, practically running across town to find the other end of it.
He gets closer, he can feel it. He sees the end in sight, his heart pounding as he runs towards the end of the street, plunging into a crowd of people to try and find his soulmate.
Amid the crowd, he finds the other hand with his string tied on. But as he lays his eyes on their face, his heart drops.
His soulmate is just a child. Is this a trick? Why is it like this? Is he going to have to wait years for them to grow to finally be with them?
