A very shy and timid shiny Sylveon that can be inflated to a very very big balloon. Stutter's a lot in phrases and cries easily... Due to her disease, she has a tendency to start expanding randomly like a balloon.
She can get much bigger than this before reaching her limit... She takes special medication to help prevent or stop her inflation, and the time between expansions is always randomized. She can grow pretty big before she can no longer hold anymore and almost blow!
