Kira's case wasn't going very pleasant, as there were more deaths, and Aizawa was being a jerk to L as always.

Aizawa prefers to work within the law, but L's investigative methods sometimes go beyond that. When Second Kira receives Sakura TV broadcast recordings that predict the deaths of several people, Aizawa and the rest of the Task Force attempt to stop the broadcast.

These attempts result in the death of Ukita. Ukita dies at Sakura TV Station when he recklessly goes there to stop the broadcast of the second Kira's message....

In a fit of rage, Aizawa yells at L, demanding that they go to the location where Ukita was killed but L objects to this idea, and Aizawa grabs him by the shoulder, shouting

Aizawa: "you who said we'd have to risk our lives to catch Kira!"

L was sitting in his usual position, squatting on the chair. His eyes were hidden by his hair at the moment. His voice was imperceptibly slightly trembling, when he replied calmly

L: "I meant what I said. But risking my life to catch Kira and doing something that I know will cost me my life, are two entirely different things"

Aizawa: "oh yeah?!"

Aizawa shouted, still gripping his shoulder while he was furious and looking down at L in fury, standing to the side of L's chair.

Then, Aizawa's eyes widened slightly in mild surprise when he saw L's hands shaking as he held his knees to his chest while squatting on a chair

L: "Please, control yourself."

L said in a firm whisper, his voice still was imperceptibly slightly trembling. L was looking ahead, his eyes hidden behind his bangs.
