Tweek was transferred to an asylum 4 years back at the age of 16 after countless unexplained freak accidents happened that left Tweek in shambles. Since then his ticks are more than constant, he doesn't talk talk anyone but he'll mutter to himself and he foams from the mouth when stresses, although this isn't all.
