Hazel was on a quest to retrieve the statue of Pluto, she found that took it back and defeated K Sisyphus by getting back the statue and tricking him to trap himself, when he got out he accidentally fell into a hole that was Tartarus, he sended a blast that made Hazel back up that’s when Frank got there as soon as they were about to leave a rope pulled on Hazel’s leg, she realized before Sisyphus fell she put a rope on her ankle, Sisyphus was gonna dragged her to Tartarus with him, Hazel getting closer to Tartarus, was barely hanging on, Frank kept trying to pull her up but he couldn’t Hazel: Frank you need to let me go Frank: never if your going to Tartarus I’m coming with you Frank lets go of railing and holds onto Hazel as they fall
