Baldi has a humanoid appearance. He has a light complexion, long, skinny fingers, red lips, and a copper strand of hair on his head. He wears a long-sleeved green shirt, blue jeans, and light brown shoes. 

Playtime is a small girl with a jump rope.

She has light skin, a smile (which turns into a frown when anyone uses the Safety Scissors on her jump rope), and a long, cartoony nose. She is described to have poor eyesight, but she is not entirely blind
