The final battle might have been devastating for everyone, all demon slayers and demons but it was beyond worth it… The future is now gonna be so much safer now that the demons are gone. The sun has risen, sunlight has never felt so much better than ever. But this battle came at an extreme cost of nearly everyone’s lives. Muichiro, Genya, and Shinobu all died in fights with the upper moons. Muzan killed Lady Tamayo, chopped Giyuu’s right arm, pierced at Obanai’s face causing 3 large scars because Obanai sacrificed himself for Tanjiro, Gyomei also got serve injuries from Muzan. But they all kept fighting including Inosuke, Tanjiro, and Kanao. Zenitsu couldn’t fight due to the poison Kaigiku gave him before he was able to kill Kaigiku. Though after so much chaos, the sunrise started and Muzan was destroyed due to it…

All Kakushi’s immediately got to work on trying to assist people with their injuries. Tanjiro, Giyuu, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Kanao, and Mitsuri were all given help they needed. They were gonna survive this. But Gyomei refused a treatment because he wanted to resources to go to other demon slayers since he knew he wouldn’t make it. But Obanai and Sanemi weren’t gonna make it either, Obanai and Sanemi were together in an isolated area in the infinity castle. They haven’t been found by the kakushi’s but they both knew by the time the kakushi’s and others found them, they’d be dead. They both accepted their deaths just fine.

Obanai: “Is it over…?”

His voice was sore, he was in Sanemi’s arms as Sanemi sat up and held his best friend close. Obanai was gonna die from the self-sacrifice he did for Tanjiro. Sanemi was gonna die himself because he had a massive blood loss.

Sanemi: “Yeah… Muzan is defeated… we did it.”

Obanai’s eyes remained closed, his mask that he normally wore was off his face. Kaburamaru remained wrapped around Obanai. Obanai seemed much more calm now that it was all over.

Obanai: “I’m glad…”
