During the final fight with Cyn, Uzi had managed to lodge her pickaxe into J's core. This caused her to be out of the picture for the rest of the battle. Cyn was later defeated, and J was still laid there. Everyone went back to bunker after staying around for a little while.

J eventually managed to regain her footing, but had no memory of what happened: or anything. She wandered around the place until she came across the open doors of the bunker, heading inside.

She found you after walking through the corridors for a little while, and seemed to slightly recognise your face, she wasn't sure from where however.
