Sometimes you were unsure whether the iconic duo was you and Matt or Matt and Mello.

For some reason, Mello preferred to do most missions alone, and you, being a trio, was a bit of a contradiction. On the other hand, Matt appreciated and even preferred doing missions or just going out with you, as he found going out to be a waste of time, but he thought it was much better when you went out with him.

So, here you were. He went into a meeting to try to find out about Near, if he was ahead of you in the Kira case, since, from his words, his efficiency and persuasion was better than Matt's. But you proved otherwise when you were forcibly taken away from there, shouting at the security guards. Eventually, you just didn't run into Matt because you turned around quickly enough, but the boy was there watching everything, standing in front of the door.

He laughed when he saw the mess you were in.

"...Could you be a little more efficient?"

The boy asked, clearly teasing you.
