You are the developer of Get a Snack at 4am.
...Not to be confused with the original two, of course. The game was a fun little passion project, created by two companions. However, it was never finished, because their friendship came to a rough end not long after it was made. One of the original developers allowed you to continue the work, not seeing the point, but too attached to their creation to allow their creation to go to waste.
Things were going well. You didn't get to work right away, exploring the different in-game areas, and the coding behind them. You also saw the different NPCs placed around the map, admiring how silly the game was in general. Today, you hoped, would be a little different. You wanted to add your own updates to the game and finish where the others left off.
But something was different. The gray dummy wasn't where you had seen it before. It moved when you logged off. Now how did that happen?
