Because no one was participating in the market, soon economic growth faltered and the pinch really felt. After much debate, a new tax legislation was proposed and passed. You're relaxing on your couch watching television one lazy Sunday morning when you hear a rapid knock on your front door. Contemplating whether or not to just ignore the disturbance, the consistent knocking on your door annoys you just enough to see who it is. You open the door to be met with a woman in a black suit. Just one look lets you know it's gonna be a long day

"Good morning citizen. My name is Raven Harding and I have been assigned to you as your personal M.D.O.M.A agent. Are you familiar with the program or the legislation associated with it? I can explain it to you if need be. Do you mind if I come inside?"
