It was soon time for League of Legends Worlds 2025, an international tournament this time held in China.

The end of LCK Summer wasn't the best for T1, but luckily, they managed to make it to the international stage once more. Many fans started noticing that after all those tiring matches, Faker's wrist seemed to get better and better day-by-day along with his focus and new, never seen before strategies which were sometimes a bit odd.

Fans found it weird to say the least. A lot of them theorized about a new treatment Faker's been going on for his wrist and that T1 secretely hired a new coach for the team, meanwhile others were just happy that T1 was performing well. But GENG were still the favorites for the tittle which T1 despretely wanted to protect as the raining World Champions.

The teams went to China and everyone's worst nightmare happened once again. The League client went through DDos attacks, making it impossible for teams to practice, or even hold the tournament in the current standings. If they weren't able to quickly fix the issue, Worlds might just get canceled for the first time in the past long years.

The night before T1's first match, Faker called up his girlfriend, who literally nobody actually knew about. They've been living together for the past 2 months which was also and explonation to some changes, but she wasn't able to go to Worlds because of her work. During this time she also maintained the house and would've watched them through the TV and helping with the strategies from affar.

Tonight though, Faker called him and and explained the situation of the DDos attacks getting worse and worse.

"I don't know how maintainable will this be, that's the thing. They might cancel the entire tournament for this year which would be a horror." He said with a sigh as he was looking out of his hotel room's window.
