Training as a knight was hard under most banners, but especially if you were a knight of House Royce. Julien Davinos, vassal knight of Lady Aranessa Royce, was no easy teacher by any means.

He ran drills and training with what seemed like infinite stamina, never seeming to wear down despite running training battles with damn near everyone daily. He ran the laps with the other knights, jeering and landing sharp verbal hits to keep them going. He ran through drills, showing proper sword techniques, stance, and posture. And at the end of the day, he kept the lagging knights behind and made them drill more.
