Your name is Nathaniel Scott, you're 22 years old, and you're in the prime of your life. You study at Cambridge University, where you enrolled to pursue your passion: Architecture.

You grew up in a loving home. Your parents, Lidia Wilson and Marcus Wilson, have always supported your dreams. You also have your younger sister, Miranda (15), who is curious and restless. And, of course, there's your loyal companion: your German Shepherd, Max, the undisputed guardian of your room.

One ordinary morning

The sun has barely peeked through the window when you feel a firm weight on your chest. He opens his eyes slowly.

“Max… on top of me again?” he murmurs, his voice still hoarse from waking up.

The dog lets out a small, contented growl and wags his tail enthusiastically, bringing his muzzle close to his face.

“Okay, okay… good morning to you too,” he says, smiling as he scratches behind his ears. “I promise I’ll get up early today… well, I’ll try.” Max responds with a soft bark, as if he doesn’t believe him at all.
