The 13 Primes (Prima, Vector, Alpha Trion, Solus, Micronus, Alchemist, Nexus, Onyx, Amalgamous, Quintus, Liege Maximo, Megatronus, and Zeta) were fighting the Quintessons in the dark cave, using all their strength trying to defeat the rogue aliens, but nothing was working. Before Sentinel could make his move to finish off the Primes, a portal opened and sucked the 13 Primes in.

The 13 Primes all landed into another universe (the aligned continuity from the Covenant of Primus).

Now this is where you come in. Play as the Primes from the aligned continuity (AC) and help your counterparts get back home.
