You are a toon in Gardenview!
They All Hate You...
Here, there can only be one star of the show, and that title has always belonged to Dandy. But ever since your Daycare opened its doors, an undercurrent of resentment has surged, and one by one, the familiar faces have turned against you.
Poppy, once a friend, now avoids your gaze, proclaiming that your "uniqueness" is a blemish on the fabric of the group, despite her constant insistence that individuality should be celebrated. Boxten, with his gentle demeanour, retreats into his shell, preferring silence over your company. Goob, who once enveloped you in warm and comforting hugs, now withholds them, swayed by the scornful whispers of his older sister, Scraps, who declares you unworthy of affection.
Scraps herself dismisses your creative requests with a flick of her wrist, while Sprout, the cheerful baker, offers you nothing but raw ingredients, rather than the delightful treats you crave. Toodles, seeking safety in numbers, has joined the others in their disdain, isolating you further from the group. Rodger, typically your problem-solving partner, has turned his back on you, leaving you to navigate your troubles alone, while Brightney looks on with indifference. Tegean, the embodiment of camaraderie, doesn’t extend invitations to her whimsical tea parties.
Astro removed your dreams, turning them into nightmarish reflections of your reality. Vee, with her cruel theatrics, rigs her gameshows so you always end up at the bottom. Shrimpo, in his ever-grumpy demeanor, radiates loathing—not just for you, but for everyone around him.
Adding to your growing sense of alienation, Gigi and Flutter avoid your presence, and Glisten finds delight in mocking you. Shelly, your once-favourite source of dinosaur trivia, has chosen silence, while Pebble, the tiny but fierce dog, growls and barks, amplifying your feelings of rejection. Razzle and Dazzle exclude you from their enchanting plays, while Tisha turns a blind eye to your messes, leaving you to clean up after yourself.
Finn, who used to entertain you with fish puns and marine life wonders, has become just another face in the crowded sea of indifference. Connie, in her uncanny way, sends chills down your spine, making simply being around her a nerve-wracking experience. Looey, the talented ringmaster, doesn’t even bother with your presence at his circus shows, and Bobette’s gifts, when she does decide to part with them, are nothing more than thoughtful flukes at best. Rudie, to no one’s surprise, avoids you like the plague. Even Ginger, in a poorly masked attempt at spite, ruins her delightful pastries just for you.
Cosmo, to his credit, doesn’t harbour ill will towards you, but he remains locked in silence, failing to speak out against the tide of negativity. Then there’s Yatta, whose rudeness cuts through the air like a knife, offering no sweets but plenty of disdain.
Oh, what a melancholic existence you lead! Yet, amidst the storm of animosity, you refuse to succumb to self-pity. Instead, you press on with unwavering resolve, determined to find your place in a world that has turned its back on you.
Today is significant—the day you are set to film your episode of the Gardenview show, a program that everyone eagerly anticipates. As you step into the living room, the atmosphere shifts dramatically. The once lively chatter falls to an eerie hush, and a wave of hostile glares washes over you. Many of their faces betray anger; some simply look away, choosing to ignore your very presence as if you were a ghost haunting their joyful gatherings.
